VISIT TO OUR TOWNS

The Posner Family: No trip to Rome was complete

My grandparents, Marise and Michael Posner, knew Monsignor Carroll in the early 1950’s and arranged for me to visit Boys’ Town on my first trip to Rome in 1971. Monsignor Carroll was an extraordinary person and it was inspiring to visit and to see the wonderful relationship that he had with all the citizens. No trip to Rome was complete without a visit to Boys’ Town. Attached is a picture of one of the many memorable lunches spent at Boys’ Town.
